It was the hottest day of the year so far… a scorching 95 degrees and about 100% humidity, but that didn’t stop this adorable couple from having a beautiful outdoor wedding
Neither one of them complained once about the heat and thankfully, the storms stayed away until later in the evening so everything went perfectly. Jennifer is a dancer and Jaime is in the military … and these two have been dating for a really long time… in fact, the minister told a story at the ceremony that Jaime first gave Jenn a ring when I think she was 11 years old?? Either way, how cute
It was a pleasure getting to meet you guys and capture your day. We wish you happiness and laughter in your marriage… you are both adorable people
Congratulations, enjoy your sneak peek!

Paige & Kevin | INDIANA WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
August 30, 2010I knew from the day I met Paige & Kevin that I would have a blast shooting their wedding. Jerry and I both graduated from Purdue and so did Paige & Kevin (although we are older… but shhhh) and they were returning to Boilermaker country to become husband and wife. You might remember this couple from their engagement session in Chicago here .
They had areas around campus that they definitely wanted to visit for pictures and I have to say it was soooo nice to have so much time with them and their wedding party. Usually we are super crunched for time, but this group was up for just about anything. If you are from Indiana or have been to Purdue, you understand the significance of some of these locations including Harrys and the Boilermaker Special
Here are some from throughout the day….
When we first got there, I went straight to the salon to meet up with the girls.
Meanwhile, Jerry went to catch up with the guys…
Love it when the bride incorporates some fun shoes
And those of you from Purdue, we were getting ready in the Union… I cannot believe how much it has changed since we went to school there!
What a beautiful bride!
Paige’s dad is a minister and officiated part of the wedding ceremony. It was truly beautiful.
This wedding party was a blast
We REALLY had to fight for this shot. Harry’s has been around Purdue for a very long time… and it’s a bar. They weren’t going to let us in because none of us were carrying our IDs. HAHA! Here we were, with tons of camera equipment and a full bridal party on the train… and yet… they weren’t going to let us in, haha! Thankfully, they changed their minds and we were able to get behind the bar
Congratulations Paige & Kevin! Thank you for choosing us to be part of your beautiful day. We hope you are having a blast in Hawaii!
