First of all we had an amazing first contest for 2010. Thank you everyone for entering and thank you everyone for voting!!
We had a grand total of 361 votes!! That is pretty much AMAZING you guys!! This truly was a race to the finish and I couldn’t let you all go home empty handed

You might remember back around the holidays when I participated in a national giveaway where families were nominated for a free photography session and prints based on economic need and hardship. The emails I recieved from those who nominated the families were very hard for me to read, and made my decision extremely difficult. However, I had the pleasure of photographing Laura and her children today who were the winners from this giveaway! I had so much fun meeting the H family today for their holiday mini-session. 6 month old Matthew was a charmer and didn’t cry at all! This family is truely beautiful and I can’t wait to photograph them again! Enjoy your sneak peek!

JT is a senior at Roncalli High School this year and is planning on going to college in the fall to study engineering. He plays lacrosse and football and I almost got the uniforms mixed up during the photo shoot! Good thing I’m not the one on the field and just the girl behind the camera
