I got to meet up this past weekend with another baby on my baby plan this weekend, Chloe. I haven’t seen her since her newborn session and she has grown so much! You may remember Marissa, since she is one of my 2011 senior representatives. We took some of her rep shots back in February but we got together again last night for her regular full senior shoot. We had so much fun on the golf course as she showed off her skills. I admit that I know absolutely nothing about golf and when Marissa started throwing out terms about it I just shook my head and said “ok!” haha It was a very steamy evening but she was an excellent sport, and I am so glad that we did the golf shots right before the sun set. This family was celebrating some very special milestones. Megan and her husband are celebrating 10 years of marriage, their oldest son is turning 4 and their youngest son is turning 2 all within a couple of months of each other. It’s that time again for our monthly “What to Wear” post. This month it is hot out!! Shorts are absolutely okay in your family portraits as long as you feel comfortable in them. You want your clothing choices to reflect who you are and you want to feel happy, confident and attractive. So choose something that makes you feel good! Summer is also the perfect time to break out the cute skirts and dresses for the little girls… or if you are preparing for an engagement session or senior photos this is the perfect season to wear that fun dress and fun shoes you’ve needed an excuse to wear

Just come prepared… if you choose to wear shorts or skirts, spray some bug spray on before your shoot. The unfortunate part of summer are the mosquitoes…but don’t let that keep you from showing off your tan!
