Tonight I met up with Wendy and her husband for her maternity pictures. Their first child is due in September and I can’t wait to capture their new baby! What a beautiful momma to be. It was such a pleasure to meet baby Jake today and his parents, Kelly and Will. Jacob is just barely 2 weeks old and sweet as he can be. I am so glad they decided to move to Indiana from California so I could meet their family and photograph their precious baby boy. Enjoy your sneak peek!

It has been insanely hot in Indianapolis the last couple of weeks but I have to say that one thing I love about this heat is being able to take newborn goodness to unusual places It was a pleasure to meet Isaac and his parents this week and you will get to see more of Issac since he is now on my baby plan. I can’t wait to watch him grow!

Meet baby C. She was a whole 10 days old and pure newborn goodness. Her mom told me that she still sleeps most of the day, and so it didn’t matter what time we had her photo shoot because she would for sure be sleepy. Well, baby C had her own agenda and was awake most of the time I was there 
Luckily, she is a beauty and with a little patience and love from her mommy, I think we got some adorable photos. Enjoy your sneak peek W family!

I met up with little Sam today who just turned one. He had to be the most calm one year old I have ever met! He didn’t fuss once and he had the most adorable little grin. Happy Birthday, Sam … I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

I love newborns! I always leave wanting another one of my own When this momma called me, she told me this little guy was almost 6 weeks old — which is much older than my typical newborn sessions. He was still cuddly though… but man check out that head lift! I couldn’t believe how strong he was! You will see more of him on the blog this year, since he has become a part of our baby plan I can’t wait to see him grow! Enjoy your sneak peek!!

I just returned home from a wonderful 4 day trip to Las Vegas for WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) Convention! It was such an amazing trip. I spent the time with some of my very good friends and fellow photographers from around the country. I also had a wonderful time at the trade show and saw some inspirational photographers speak. We had several shoots together and also had a fun time out on the town Here are just a few highlights from our trip!

I can’t wait to go back next year!
