2010 Fall Mini-Sessions
It’s July and we are talking about fall mini-sessions already? These sessions are very popular as the holidays approach for those holiday card pictures and yearly family portraits. Due to the fact that we are already booking into September, we decided it was time to open up the calendar for our fall mini-sessions. Mini-sessions will only be available on the dates below and only 6 spots are available each day. First come, first serve. **If you book your mini-session before August 1, you will receive a complimentary 8X10 in your package. **
Your Mini-Session:
20-25 minute shooting time with you, your significant other, family, children and/or pet
15-20 fully edited proofs in an online password protected gallery
25% off a la carte prints and products
Dates:
September 26th – Cool Creek Park in Carmel/Westfield
October 2nd – Location TBA
October 16th at Fishers Heritage Park
October 30th – Location TBA
Cost: We have 3 packages for you to choose from that start at $100. Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. For more package details and pricing information, please contact Mandy at mandy@mandyleonardsphotography.com
Rescheduling/Inclement Weather: In the event that the weather is bad on one of the scheduled mini-session dates, there will be a rain date scheduled
What to expect: Your sneak peek will be on our blog, assuming you sign the model release within 48 hours of your mini-session. Your online proofing gallery of 15-20 images will be available within 14 days of your session. Your online gallery will remain live for 7 days once it’s posted for orders to take place.
What to wear: Wear something that you feel comfortable in! Don’t be afraid to wear colors. I like purples, greens, blues and browns in the fall. You may be casual or dress it up for the holidays… it’s up to you!

Mothers Day is May 9th! Being a mother myself, I have a soft place in my heart for this day and all the moms out there that never do enough for themselves. This Mothers Day, Mandy Leonards Photography is offering a special promotion from today, May 4th until Sunday May 9th at 9 AM EST. This means that any gift certificates purchased during this time will be be given a print credit (excludes canvas’ and albums) of the same amount to use at their session!! What a great gift to give a special mother in your life. The only rule of this promotion is that it only is good for those gift certificates purchased the remainder of this week. Gift certificates will expire, but you will have a year to use them. They can be used for any session except weddings (but can be used towards engagement sessions).

I often get asked what to wear to your photography session with me when it comes time for your family photos, your engagement session or child’s milestone captures. From now on, you can expect us to post a “What to Wear” blog post each month with example of how colors can work together to make a fabulous wardrobe for your photo!
This month’s post is all about color. We may be lacking in color on the trees in Indiana, but that doesn’t mean your wardrobe should lack color! Its time to think past your basic white and black shirts, folks! Have some fun with bold colors such as green, blue and purple. Jeans always work well because most of us enjoy wearing jeans and are comfortable. Remember that if you are comfortable, you will relax, your personality will shine through and we’ll have a rockin’ photo session!!
Also, don’t forget about fun accessories, ladies! The right accessories can really add to an outfit.

ENGAGED???

I don’t know about your guys, but I am ready for spring!
Due to popular demand, we have brought SPRING MINI SESSIONS to you in March to say goodbye to winter! This is the perfect time for an Easter portrait!
When & Where: Sessions are being booked NOW and are available only until March 31st. Your choice of either Fishers Heritage Park or Mandy Leonards Photography Studio. Morning, Afternoon and Evening Sessions are available.
What: 30 minutes together to capture your child or family. You will have 2 packages to choose from:
$50 package: 2 8X10 prints, 25% off additional products or prints and an online gallery of 8-10 proofs to share with friends and family
$125 package: Everything in the first package plus the CD of fully edited high-resolution images with printing rights

We had a grand total of 361 votes!! That is pretty much AMAZING you guys!! This truly was a race to the finish and I couldn’t let you all go home empty handed
