These are dear friends of mine, Marie and Steve… and they are getting ready to welcome their first child into the world. Baby boy Lucas is due this fall and I cannot wait to meet him. I am so happy for my friends and I couldn’t help but get a tear in my eye as I edited a few of these for their sneak peek. Marie… you are simply stunning… glowing inside and out. I can’t wait to meet him!!!

I met up with the Gail family in anticipation for baby boy #2 Aren’t they a cute family? Jill has the most perfect baby bump — completely 100% all baby! Their 2 year old Noah was just as cute as he could be as well and while we weren’t sure if he really knows there is a baby in there, he was sure to tell me all about the deer in the woods nearby where we were taking our photos, haha What a cutie!

Tonight I met up with Wendy and her husband for her maternity pictures. Their first child is due in September and I can’t wait to capture their new baby! What a beautiful momma to be. For this maternity session, I met up with the C Family. I took their family pictures over Christmas and I couldn’t get over at that time how much their little girl Riley looked like my daughter Bella. 8 months later I was so excited when Melissa called me and told me they are expecting again in early September right before Riley’s 2nd birthday and it was time for some maternity pictures. I recently went out scouting for some new locations, and had driven past this field last week. Little did I know that the flowers (aka weeds) were literally taller than me and there was no walking path whatsoever… ha! Yeah.. let’s just say these guys are really good sports. I did end up slicing my finger along the way which wasn’t so fun but thankfully all is well! Little Riley still remind me so much of my daughter Bella I can’t wait to meet their new addition to the family soon! Enjoy your sneak peek family, C family and thanks so much for being so great!

I finally met up with Cassie and Jesse today for their maternity session. Expecting a baby boy this summer, I can’t wait to meet the little guy. We had a lot of fun this evening even though it was extremely warm outside. We also got to talking and figured out that we are related! Distantly, but I think we are cousins somehow, haha! I am glad we finally met in person and I feel very honored that they have chosen me to capture their time as they become parents. Enjoy your sneak peek, you guys, I can’t wait to meet your baby boy!

Marie is a really good friend of mine (the blond one), and she is expecting her first child later this fall. We have already scheduled her maternity session later this summer, but to my surprise, Marie recently told me that her younger sister is also expecting her first child… and get this… they are due only a few days apart! These girls were married within months of each other as well and are very good friends. Since her sister lives out of state but was in for a visit, Marie wanted to make sure to capture this very special time in their lives together even if they are in that “just starting to look pregnant” phase. Aren’t they beautiful?! And now I can’t wait to see their bellies grow further and to meet Marie’s little bundle of love later this year

I met up with the Bradshaws today for their maternity session. This adorable couple are expecting a baby girl soon and I had fun filling them in with some of what is in store for them having a daughter!
